Leg Day Workout!

Hi guys! Need some workout inspiration? I have a leg workout for you that I am still sore from a week later. Best feeling ever!


This entire workout is a weight lifting workout and I do this type of workout 1-2 times per week leading up to any important photoshoot. Lifting weights has completely changed my body and changed the way I feel about working out. I feel strong and empowered after a workout like this one.  If you’ve never tried lifting weights or feel afraid of ‘bulking up’, I totally get it and I had those fears as well before I started. I promise you, it won’t happen. I’ve been lifting weights for 4-5 years now and working out in this way has only made me more lean, strong and toned all over! I encourage you to give this one a try. Your glutes will thank you. :)

The workout:

Circuit 1:

Back Squat 

1x12 Barbell (45lb)

1x6 @95lb (25lb plate each side)

3x8 @115lb (45lb plate each side)

Circuit 2:
10-12 High knee lunges @25lb dumbbells

15 Kettle Bell Swings @50 LB Kettle Bell

10-12 Straight leg deadlifts @35lb dumbbells

Circuit 3:

10-12 Bulgarian 25lb dumbbell 

8-10 Kettlebell Lateral Lunge @35lb kettle bell

15 Goblet Squats @25lb dumbbell
