Coconut Detox Macaroons
These Coconut Detox Macaroons are the perfect sweet bite when you want something indulgent but nourishing. Made with simple whole ingredients—like coconut butter and maple syrup—they’re naturally gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. Ingredients:
1 ½ cups shredded unsweetened coconut
½ cup coconut butter, melted
¼ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Melted dark chocolate, for drizzling
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except chocolate) and stir until evenly mixed.
Scoop into balls using a small cookie scoop or spoon, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
Let cool completely, then drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

Store in the fridge for a firmer texture and longer shelf life.
