My Model-Approved Anti-Aging Routine
When it comes to anti-aging, I like to keep things simple and effective. For context, I’m 34, a mom of two, and everything I’m doing right now is focused on maintaining healthy, glowing skin and slowing down the visible signs of aging. Here’s a full breakdown of my current anti-aging skincare routine — the products, treatments, and tools that actually work for me.
Tretinoin (My Holy Grail)
I’ve been using tretinoin 2–3 times a week since I was 24. It’s one of the most clinically proven ingredients for reducing fine lines, evening out discoloration, smoothing rough texture, and keeping skin looking youthful. While I love tretinoin for its long-term benefits, I do use it sparingly since it can be quite irritating if overused. A little goes a long way.
Vitamin C Serum
Every morning, I apply Covey’s Next Up Vitamin C Serum. Vitamin C is one of my anti-aging staples because it penetrates deeply into the skin, helps fade dark spots, boosts collagen production, and protects against environmental damage from free radicals. It’s a simple step that makes a huge difference over time.
Daily SPF (Non-Negotiable)
If there’s one product that makes the biggest impact on anti-aging, it’s sunscreen. I apply Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50+ every single morning. Sunscreen protects against UV damage, which is one of the biggest culprits behind premature aging, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation. For me, wearing SPF daily is truly a no-brainer.
Red Light Therapy
I’ve been a fan of red light therapy for years and it's become a consistent part of my routine. I use the CurrentBody LED Mask, which helps boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, and improve overall skin texture and tone. Red light therapy has so many proven skin benefits, and I love that it’s a relaxing step I can easily do at home to support healthy, glowing skin.
Botox (My Personal Choice)
Every 3–4 months, I get Botox in my forehead area with the amazing Dr. Julie Russak in NYC. I’m naturally very expressive, and I started noticing that deeper lines were beginning to form in my forehead. Botox has helped prevent those lines from becoming more pronounced, while still allowing me to look like myself. At the moment, I’m only doing Botox — I haven’t done any filler.
The Bottom Line
My anti-aging routine isn’t overly complicated, but it’s consistent and focused on ingredients and treatments that work. A mix of proven skincare (like tretinoin and vitamin C), daily sun protection, supportive treatments (like red light therapy), and preventative Botox has helped me feel confident in my skin — while keeping things approachable and realistic as a busy mom.
